Voices Foundation Concert
This was a big charity event in St John’s, Smith Square, London. It consisted of theatre, choral music and organ. We adapted the stage area, built a lighting and sound system, and arranged a 2 camera video link and screen to project the organ loft. We also provided stage management and general organisation.

Mid Wales Opera Tour Management
We manage the company on tour (usually about 10 singers, 10 musicians and 6 crew), liaising with venues and providing accurate details of the production, organising schedules and rehearsal calls, arranging transport and accommodation, dealing with personnel issues, and acting as the company’s representative on the night, dealing with any venue issues that might arise (including collecting the cheque!). We also keep strict control of the budget.

Scratch Theatre
Scratch theatre is a small, occasional, project based company that specialises in challenging theatre and performs in traditional venues, pubs, cafes and clubs. We use simple self–contained sets and lighting. We manage this company and have raised funding and organised three tours of Wales and the Borders.

Hafren Community Theatre
We obtained Arts Council funding to commission and produce a new work Tir Na N’ Nog which we toured through the autumn to smaller venues round Wales and the Borders. It was a cabaret musical and was a community based project. It toured with a simple raked set and lighting rig, a band of 6, a cast of 12, a musical director and technical team of 2.
We undertook all the initial planning and budgetting, arranged the professional involvement, arranged auditions, organised rehearsals, contacted venues, booked performances, arranged advertising, and managed the company on tour.

Newtown Pantomime Company
We set up Newtown Pantomime Company, obtaining funding and negotiating with the venue, Theatr Hafren. It was an amateur company that commissioned new pantomime plays with original music every year, and employed a professional director and technical team. It performed over a week's run.
